ELWAVE / Tax Knowledge
Understand the explanation and check the source.
A useful tax explanation should show where it comes from and what information is still missing. Tax Knowledge is being developed around source references and clear questions to review.
In active development
- Ask a question
- Identify the source
- Explain what to check
From input to a reviewable result
Example question: “Can I reclaim VAT on this expense?” The intended response identifies relevant guidance, its source and date, and missing facts such as the invoice and business use. This scene illustrates the method, not a tax answer for your situation.
Describe the question
Ask in plain language and include relevant context. Keep sensitive financial records out of the public enquiry form.
Check the source
The intended workflow connects the explanation to identifiable guidance. Review the source, date and whether it applies to your circumstances.
Identify the next check
Separate what the source explains from the facts still needed. Bring case-specific questions to an accountant or adviser.
- What you provide
- A Dutch tax or VAT question, its relevant business context and the facts needed to understand which guidance may apply.
- What you review
- The intended result is a plain-language explanation with source references, scope and unresolved points to check.
Availability and scope
In active development · being tested for the pilot. Availability and supported questions are confirmed individually.
Source-based explanations do not replace personal tax advice. ElwaveTech is not presenting this service as an accountant or tax adviser.
Questions before you start
Does a referenced explanation guarantee the right answer?
No. Sources may have conditions and change over time. Check the source and whether the facts match your situation.
Does Tax Knowledge calculate or submit my return?
No. Tax Engine is the separate calculation direction. Direct tax-return submission is unavailable.
Can I ask about Polish accounting rules?
This offering focuses on the Netherlands. Polish-language content is for entrepreneurs working in the Netherlands, not a Polish accounting or KSeF product.
Where are the detailed tax guides?
Three guide briefs are being prepared for factual review. Unreviewed tax articles are not published as expert guidance.
