ELWAVE / Invoices

Turn customer details into an invoice you can review.

A finished job should not mean copying the same details into several tools. ELWAVE brings the customer, work and amounts into a proposal you can check before any email is sent.

Late pre-launch
A prepared invoice connected to a business email
  1. Prepare the invoice
  2. Review the details
  3. Approve before sending

From input to a reviewable result

Example: a completed customer visit becomes an invoice proposal. Review the recipient, description, date and amounts, then approve the specific send. This demonstration does not create or send an invoice.

Prepare the details

Provide the customer, completed work, date and amounts by voice or text. Missing details need checking, not guessing.

Review the proposal

Check the invoice information and the prepared recipient and message. The invoice draft and the send decision remain separate.

Approve the action

Confirm the relevant action. The intended workflow keeps the document and execution record together through controlled access.

What you provide
Customer details, your business information, the work performed, dates, line items and relevant VAT treatment.
What you review
A reviewable invoice proposal, its supporting document and a separately approved email workflow within the agreed pilot scope.

Availability and scope

Late pre-launch · controlled onboarding. Supported connections and the invoice workflow are confirmed individually before access.

This is an administration workflow, not a promise of complete accounting, bank reconciliation or Peppol delivery.

Questions before you start

Does preparing an invoice send it immediately?

No. Preparation, review and approval are separate stages. Check the document and intended recipient before approving a send.

What should I check in the proposal?

Check business and customer details, the description of the work, dates and amounts. Confirm the relevant VAT treatment with your accountant when uncertain.

Can I use voice instead of typing?

Voice and text are the intended Operator inputs. Available channels and device support are confirmed during onboarding; this page does not promise a released mobile app.

Can I start using it today?

You can discuss the pilot now. Access, supported workflows and any costs are agreed individually; an enquiry does not create an account.
